The District Court granted a pre-trial summary judgment motion filed by Attorney Gregg Johnson. The complaint in that action advanced a variety of employment discrimination and retaliation claims, all of which were dismissed prior to trial. The U.S Court of Appeals of the Second Circuit later dismissed the Plaintiff’s appeal prior to oral argument.
