The District Court granted a pre-answer motion to dismiss brought by Attorneys Olivia Reinhardt and April Laws, the professionally drafted complaint alleged unconstitutional takings, equal protection and spot zooming on a land use case. The District Court dismissed, with prejudice, Plaintiffs’ equal protection and spot zoning claims, as well as the pendent state law claims. The District Court allowed Plaintiffs to replead their takings claim, at which time the matter was resolved favorably for Defendants.
