Following the submission of a Position Statement and Answer served by Attorney April Laws and corresponding investigation, the NYS Division of Human Rights dismissed a Complaint alleging that Complainant, a gay male, was the subject of discrimination by a Village Trustee. Complainant did not appeal the dismissal of the Complaint.
