Following the submission of a Position Statement and Answer served by Attorney April Laws and corresponding investigation, the NYS Division of Human Rights dismissed a Complaint alleging that Complainant, a former employee who claimed to be disabled, was the subject of discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate and constructive discharge. Complainant did not appeal the dismissal of the Complaint.
