The District Court granted a pre-discovery motion to dismiss a prolix complaint brought by Attorneys Olivia Reinhardt and Gregg Johnson. The complaint in that action advanced multiple civil rights and RICO claims against multiple City officials and the City, all of which were dismissed prior to the City having to participate in the discovery process.
