The District Court granted a pre-answer motion to dismiss brought by Attorneys Olivia Reinhardt and April Laws. The complaint alleged violations of Plaintiff’s procedural and substantive due process and equal protection rights, as well as First Amended retaliation, related to land use issues. Plaintiff’s appeal to the USCA was withdrawn (2025 U.S. App. LEXIS 20706 [2d Cir. 2025]).
